Class Schedule
All
Sessions are by appointment only.
We accommodate our client's schedule to the best of our ability with
appointments from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
(Should you require a Saturday appointment this will be an a additional
cost.)
AMI schedules one hour sessions one time a week. The number of classes
required is up to the self-enrolled individual. We
recommend a minimum of eight hours.
ALL CLASSES ARE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND ARE 100% CONFIDENTIAL.

ANGER MANAGEMENT FACILITATORS TRAINING
GUIDE ADULTS & ADOLESCENTS
GOALS/ PURPOSES
The goals of this course is as follows:
A. to help students recognize and manage
anger.
B. to help student develop acceptable ways of expressing
anger.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Upon Completion of this course, student will:
A: recognize the role of individual
responsibility in changing their unacceptable behavior.
B: develop a working understanding of anger/stress
patterns and responses.
C: identify "situational anger" that constantly results
in angry responses that can lead to aggressive behavior.
D: eliminate or minimize person directed aggression.
Learn how and when to use "Time Outs" to prevent
confrontations and
incorporate new coping skills to handle stress, anger
and other feelings.
E. Develop communication skills and listening
techniques to enhance interpersonal relationships.
F. Learn to sense the mood with whom we must
interact and respond in ways to rather than impede
positive reactions.

REPETITION
It is the policy of the Adult Adolescent, and Executing
Coaching offered by Anger Management to allow
students to repeat the course if they have
shown progress but have not met all of the course
objectives.
