 Programs

Anger Management Intervention, anger is a basic human emotion that is often used to express negative feelings. We teach
expressions of anger that are excepted by society, so that violence and self destructive behavior can be avoided. This is
accomplished in several different ways; couples, families, one-on-one Executive Coaching.

Behaviors addressed by the program include Road Rage, violent behavior, inappropriate verbal attacks, aggression, over-
zealous sports, enthusiasm, bullying, and lack of appreciation for others are examples of issues benefits that benefit from
Anger Management. If you suffer from one or more of these types of behaviors and wish to change. Then Anger Management
 will almost certainly help you.

  Domestic Violence and Parenting Classes

Our programs are designed for those who are seeking self-help, for those referred by human resource department managers
through work, and for court mandated Anger Management. We also have counseling for executives,
police officers, fire fighters, medical personnel, managers and any else who needs help in dealing with stress and anger in
the workplace or in your personal life. Sessions for couples and families are also available to help deal with anger issues
 affecting personal relationships.

The goal of our program is to help people learn how to identify, understand and defuse their own anger, deal with the anger
of a spouse, significant other, coworker or friend. We should point out that often work stress and anger is displayed not on
the job, but in personal relationships with family and friends.

 The Anger Management Program

Anger Management Intervention (AMI) is currently working to establish a program in Pima County to assist Juveniles in
dealing with the types of anger that has gotten them in their legal trouble. By giving these young people methods for
coping with their anger, it is possible to avoid more serious issues in the future.

It is important to understand that anger is a response to things we cannot control or did not expect to happen to us.
While we cannot eliminate anger, we can learn to deal with it in a way that is both acceptable to society and not destructive
 to ourselves.
